Cybin Beauty products contain less than .3% THC after being extracted from hemp plants grown in the Midwest, USA. Our products have been third party tested to ensure CBD limits are within federal regulations.
All products are legal to be sold due to the 2018 Farm Bill in the United States. Though we encourage all customers to check with their local laws and regulations regarding purchases of CBD products.
Cybin Beauty uses the highest quality ingredients, including full spectrum cannabidiol.
Please read all packaging and labels with your order to understand the products you will be using. And contact us with ANY questions you have.
Cybin Beauty prides itself on creating positive relationships with our hemp farmers and extraction businesses used to create our products.
FRESH, SMALL BATCH CREATED PRODUCTS
Cybin Beauty products are all created in small batches to ensure fresh quality and accurate dosing of CBD for each product (larger manufacturing processes can be mislabeled/inaccurate/inconsistent).
Due to this chosen strategy by Cybin Beauty, sometimes we do not have stock and will be required to make a fresh batch of products for you.
Due to current shipping, worker and product shortages from the COVID pandemic, we may have a wait time to this process that is beyond our control.
We will always communicate when this happens to costumers as soon as possible. We strive to always correct this and get you your products within 30 days. But will always provide honest estimates with getting your purchases safely to you.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How We Do It
It usually takes 1 – 7 business days for orders to process and leave our warehouse. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays. Please be patient as we learn best shipping strategies during this global pandemic.
US Shipping Only
Cybin Beauty only currently ships to US states and territories at the moment. Please contact us if you would like us to consider international shipping.
You will receive an order confirmation email that will notify you when your order is on the way. The e-mail will contain products details, shipment details and your tracking number. To track the order, follow directions in email.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and other unexpected shipping issues that we have no control over.
If you are still to receive an item after the estimated delivery date please be patient, give it a few days and your order will be there before you know it. Contact the listed delivery company with any issues.
After you have given it a few days and the situation remains so, just follow these steps:
STEP 1: Check the delivery address of the order. If you incorrectly typed your address and we have received the returned package- additional charges may be required to re-ship.
STEP 2: Check that you have not been left a memo from mail carrier in your mailbox or on your door stating that they tried to deliver and are holding your package at the post office. It’s also a good idea to check with neighbors and places around your address property for left parcels and contact your local post office.
STEP 3: Send Cybin Beauty an email and we will do our best to solve the situation as quickly as possible.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
Refunds are approved on a case-to-case basis by our quality assurance member. Refunds will be given as IN-STORE credits on cybinbeauty.com
We are committed to providing high quality beauty products to our customers. While we intend that you are always satisfied with your Cybin Beauty purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.
If you will need to return your product, please review the information below:
• Returns must be made within 21 days of your receipt date for a refund.
• Product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with original packaging.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
• Please mail your Cybin Beauty product return to:

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy below).
• Please make sure to record and save your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our team can confirm receipt of the returned merchandise. Cybin Beauty is not responsible for lost packages.
• Returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time and date of purchase. Or will be credited to your Cybin Beauty account, upon request.
• Returns will be processed within 14-28 days of our office receiving your item.
• Please allow at least 2-3 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
• Any C.O.D. labeled packages will NOT be accepted.
Only items purchased through Cybin Beauty may be accepted for a return. If you purchased Cybin Beauty products from a Retailer- please contact them directly for their refunds. Items purchased from Cybin Beauty cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Cybin Beauty products. All products are marked to allow Cybin Beauty to locate where purchases have been made.
Cybin Beauty is not responsible for shipping carrier caused damages or delays.

Please Note: Used/empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.
We are happy to exchange any products that are defective, damaged or unused. If you need to exchange your product(s), please review the information below:
• We accept exchanges on items purchased from Cybin Beauty only, up to 21 days after the original purchase.
• Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with quality lighting photos of damaged items, invoice number and brief description of situation. Please also include if you would like a product replacement or Cybin Beauty store credit to your account.
• Cybin Beauty's customer service team will review case-by-case and after approval will email a pre-paid return shipping label.
• If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
• You will have 5 days to mail package from receipt of pre-paid shipping label to receive replacement products.
• Cybin Beauty is not responsible for shipping carrier caused damages or delays.
